Terms of use

Last updated 14 October 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and House of 24 Private Limited ("we", "us"), which runs VyaparBoss. By making an account or using the app, you agree to them. If you use VyaparBoss for a business, you confirm you can agree on its behalf.

1. What VyaparBoss does

VyaparBoss helps business buyers find suppliers in India, compare their full delivered price, and place orders. It helps suppliers receive requests that fit what they make. VyaparBoss is a platform. Unless we agree otherwise in writing, the contract of sale is between the buyer and the supplier, and payment goes directly between them.

2. Who can use it

You must be 18 or older and using VyaparBoss for business. Keep your details accurate and your password safe. You're responsible for what happens under your account.

3. Prices, quotes and Bhai

4. Orders

Nothing is ordered until the buyer approves it, in the app or by replying on WhatsApp. An approved order is a purchase order to the supplier at the price shown. Quality, delivery, invoices, returns and payment are between buyer and supplier; we'll help when something goes wrong, but we're not responsible for the other party's obligations.

5. If you supply

6. Fees

Making an account and listing as a supplier is free. If we introduce a fee, for example a small fee on orders that close, we'll tell you the amount first and it applies only once you've agreed to it.

7. What you can't do

8. Suspension and closing your account

You can delete your account any time in Account settings. We may suspend or remove an account or listing that breaks these terms or puts others at risk, and we'll tell you why unless the law stops us.

9. Our responsibility

We work to keep VyaparBoss accurate and running, but we provide it "as is". To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses, lost profit, or what a buyer or supplier does or fails to do. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.

10. Changes, law and disputes

We may update these terms; if a change matters, we'll tell you in the app before it applies. These terms are governed by the laws of India. Let's try to sort any problem out by talking first, through the contact page. If that doesn't work, the courts with jurisdiction over our registered office decide.
